1. Copyright:

 

The Copyright and Design Act assigns the copyright of images to Dylan & Vicki Boulter only. It is therefor illegal for anyone to use Boulters Inc Creative Photography or Devon Portfolio images without written permission from Vicki & Dylan Boulter. Use of images for your own personal or professional use or for reproduction both electronically and on paper is contrary to the act and charges will be pressed. In some circumstances Vicki & Dylan Boulter will provide clients with a release disk of images - this is for the clients personal use and may not be passed for use to third parties without first seeking written permission from Boulters Inc. Images may not be altered in anyway by clients in possession of a release disk and the copyright ownership remains with Boulters Inc.

 

2. Booking Fee/Deposit:

 

A £250 Booking Fee is taken for all Boulters Inc wedding bookings. This payment covers any administration costs and secures the services of Boulters Inc Creative Photography for the day of your wedding. This Deposit/Booking Fee is NON REFUNDABLE in all circumstances. Reservations are made on a strictly first come first served basis. Dates will ONLY be reserved on the receipt of a £250 deposit.

 

3. Payment Terms:

 

£250 Booking Fee - Payable at the time of booking

Balance due 3 months prior to wedding date

Additional products, prints or services due at the time of ordering in advance.

 

4. Prices

 

Please note all Package Prices and Special Offers are subject to price change, however the price of your wedding package confirmed and agreed at the time of booking will not be altered.

All products available & product prices are subject to change as we need to alter them in conjunction with our suppliers and competitors from time to time.

 

5. Cancellation

 

If Boulters Inc Creative Photography should have to cancel:

In the unlikely event that both our photographers are unable to attend your wedding and we needed to cancel your booking, you will receive notification in writing and receive all monies back in full. Boulters Inc/Devon Portfolio will not be responsible for any further costs. In such circumstances we will supply you with names of alternative photographers details if you require.

If the Client Wishes to Cancel Boulters Inc Services:

• All clients are entitled to a full refund of the £250 booking fee if they withdraw within 14 days of making the booking.
• The booking fee of £250 will be forfeited on cancellations made after the 14 days booking period.
• Bookings cancelled within 2-3 months of the wedding date are liable for 50% of the full wedding booking cost.
• Bookings cancelled within 1 month of the wedding date are liable for 100% payment of their booking.
• Cancellations should be made in writing to Boulters Inc Creative Photography.
• In the event of the client wishing to cancel a date to move the booking to a different date, subject to availability this will carried out free of charge and the deposit transferred to the new booking. However if the required new date is unavailable, standard cancellation charges will apply.

 

6. Booking Changes

 

Please remember to advise us of any changes to your booking as soon as you are able. Times, Venues, Addresses and such details need to be kept up to date. We will not be responsible for wrong information supplied.

 

7. Complaints

 

All complaints must be received in writing within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

8. Photographic Service:

 

All photographs taken at your wedding event, will be taken at the discretion of your wedding photographer/s in a creative reportage style. We will however discuss your requirements with you prior to your wedding and discuss a wish list of images with you, should you require some posed shots. We will then do our best to include the vast majority of these images requestsed on your wish list within your wedding portfolio of photographs. We take no responsibility for an individual being left out of a shot. We will try wherever to capture all the moments as they occur naturally through your wedding day, however we cannot guarantee that any one moment may not be caught on camera, due to individual circumstances which may occur at an individual wedding, such as obstructions, guest compliancy. Should you invite Photographers / Videographers to your wedding, we cannot be held responsible for their actions or for them obstructing our shots. During some services and church ceremonies movement and flash photography are prohibited by the church officials, photography is also sometimes prohibited by the officials during certain parts of a service - Boulters Inc take no responsibility for this. Please make sure you are aware of these restrictions when choosing your wedding venue. Wherever possible we will try t use the light available in a given environment, due to a variety of lighting conditions in some venues we may need to use flash photography.

Boulters Inc Creative Photography carry out checks on all photographic equipment prior to every wedding. However if any one image is missed due to a technical failure out of our control either at the shoot or processing stage we cannot be held responsible.

 

9. Boulters Inc Creative Photography Use of Images

 

Photographs taken by Boulters Inc may here by be used in advertising, websites, facebook promotions, magazines and other promotional publications, unless the Wedding Couple puts it in writing to us at the time of booking that they wish for their photographs to remain private. Images placed in password protected galleries are not accessible to the general public, however it is not possible to prevent determined skilled individuals accessing these galleries.

 

10. Liability for Image Files

 

All digital images taken will remain the property of Boulters Inc Creative Photography / Devon Portfolio, and will be kept for 12 months from the wedding date.

Boulters Inc take responsibility for any digital wedding files in their possession lost or damaged for up to 12 months after the wedding date. Should any files be lost, damaged or destroyed liability shall be limited to a pro rata refund of fees paid, but shall not refund for any goods all ready received.

 

11. After the Wedding - Waiting Times

 

Following your wedding you will receive your password to the portfolio of images to your images between 3 - 6 weeks after the wedding, depending on the date of wedding. Due to increased booking volume in peak season, we are unable to reduce this:

Off Peak Weddings - (October - May) can expect to receive their portfolio in 2 - 4 weeks

Peak weddings - (June - September) can expect to receive their portfolio in 4 - 6 weeks

Once we have received your selection of images for your album/book, you can expect to wait a further 4 - 6 weeks to receive your book/album.
